LECTURE
21/09/2018 (Week 04)
This week's lecture was about film production, what we learned from this is the basics of it & how it will help us with our current assignments.
Film production consists of three stages:
INSTRUCTION
SHOOTING & EDITING PRACTICE #1
After the lecture, our lecturer gave us a briefing for our second assignment. The class was divided into groups of three. After forming the groups, each group is required to assign roles to each members of the group.

Our assignment is to shoot a video based on the Short Thai Film 'My Name is Lalin'.

After that, we were required to shoot selected scenes that our lecturer then gave us in our storyboards.

After finalizing our crew list, casting call, & shooting locations, we then get our props & equipment ready for our shooting.
26/09/2018 (Week 05)
This week was my group's turn to shoot our scene. During the shoot, the team worked very hard to get everything right. As the producer, there really isn't to do; so instead, I just helped out by carrying the equipment around.
Behind the scenes
After we're done shooting, we then move on to post-production where we were tasked to do a rough cut of the video & add some color correction to it.
Below here is the video for the remake version of 'My Name is Lalin'.

05/10/2018 (Week 06)
On week 6, we receive another video shooting assignment. This is just like the previous assignment, but the difference is that the groups have become smaller.

Our assignment, again, is to remake a scene from a Short Thai Film.

We were required to shoot the first scene, 'hard sell'. Before shooting, we made our storyboard to look at what scenes we are supposed to shoot & from which angle, etc.

10/10/2018 (Week 07)
This week is shooting week, just like the previous assignment, all the group members meet up at the shooting location & prepare to set up the lighting and camera position.

After we're done shooting, our lecturer told us to start compiling our videos for rough cut & proceed to post-production.
