Field Study
Before Korea
Before heading to Korea, each group member is doing their own research about Kimchi, or anything else for extra information. We figured by doing this, it would broaden our extraction of information.
One of the member, Ron, went online & searched for a Kimchi making class in Korea, & thought that it would be a good for our research as we can experience it first hand.
While In Korea (Data Collection)
When in Korea, we decided to split up & conduct our own research where ever we go since it's easier that way to just roam around the city of Seoul ourselves.
I went ahead & focus more on finding the design patterns & motifs, & also some architectural designs that Korea has to offer, as I thought that it would benefit our research.
